מילות השיר מתייחסות לעלילת הפרק "פרגוס מפר את הכללים".
נעשה שימוש בְּקטע ארכיון מהשיר "בו! בו! צ'ו צ'ו" במהלך הקטע האינסטרומנטלי.
לדברי ג'וניור קמפבל שאב הלחן השראה מיצירות המלחינים המנוחים סקוט בראדלי (1891 - 1977) וקארל סטאלינג (1891 - 1972), שהלחינו מוזיקה לסרטים המצוירים של "לוני טונס", "מרי מלודיז" ו"טום וג'רי".
חלק מהדגם המוגדל של פרגוס נבנה לצורך התקריבים.
זהו השיר היחיד שבוצע על ידי מייק אודונל.

שגיאות[]

על פי המילים:

פרגוס "מילא את קרון העזר שלו ויצא לאורך הקו", אולם לפרגוס אין קרון עזר.
פרגוס שמע את דיזל אומר שהוא היה מועמד לגריטה, אולם בפרק אומר דיזל לפרגוס באופן ישיר שעליו לנסוע לעבוד במפעל ההתכה.
כולם חיפשו אחר פרגוס, אולם בפרק שולח סר טופְּהם הַאט רק את תומס לחפש אחריו.
