A Bad Day for Sir Handel is a magazine story.
Plot[]
Sir Handel and Peter Sam are brought in to help on the Skarloey Railway. Sir Handel is in a bad mood and deliberately derails himself to get out of work. Later, Sir Handel is worried about being sent back home, but the Fat Controller gives him another chance and lets him stay if he promises to be good.
