A Forest Adventure! is a magazine story.
Plot[]
Rusty is hurrying through the forest, when he hits a fallen tree on the line. The tree rolls down the hillside and Rusty worries it may hit something. His driver checks to see the tree hasn't hit anything, however it is now on the road and Terence is needed to haul it away.
Rusty tries to go to the next station, however he has been damaged by the tree and can only move very slowly. Rusty then has the idea of using the old shortcut to the castle, from which they can telephone for help. When Rusty gets to the castle, his driver congratulates him on being a brave engine.
