A Light Delivery is the thirty-third episode of the first series of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.

Plot

When Thomas accidentally breaks a light he's hauling to the Sodor Festival of Lights, he learns the best way to be the #1 engine is to be honest when you make a mistake.

  • Going by production order, this is the thirty-fourth episode of the first series.
  • This is the last episode to date to be directed by Jason Groh.
  • Thomas breaking the light and missing the festival is similar to the original series episode, Thomas and the Lighthouse.
  • At the end of the episode, Diesel's line "Hold onto your stack, 'cause Diesel's back!" is reused from the first series episode, A Thomas Promise.

Goofs

  • In the opening scene of the episode from the Special Delivery DVD, Kana is mistakenly called Connor in the subtitles, despite Connor not being in All Engines Go.
  • During the musical number, Thomas was incorrectly portrayed with a different whistle sound.
  • Cranky is missing both his blank nameplates and the sections holding it.
