- This was the last Thomas and Friends game for the SEGA Pico line of consoles, and the last Thomas game published on a SEGA console (in general).
- The game uses images from Harvey to the Rescue, A Friend in Need, James and the Red Balloon, Jack Frost, Thomas and the Jet Engine and Salty's Stormy Tale.
Goofs[]
- Oliver and Emily have black wheels instead of green ones.
- Emily's boiler bands and handrails are silver, when they should be gold.
- Emily, Bill, Ben, Arthur, Murdoch and Salty's footplates are not coloured white.
- Emily, Harvey and Fergus's buffers are black.
- Edward's tender wheels are black, instead of blue.
- Thomas' lamp and lamp irons are coloured red, and there's some red in the middle of his wheels.
- Also, his cab steps are black instead of blue.
- Toby's roof is dark grey, when it should be white.
- Percy's undercarriage appears to be green instead of black.
- Duck is in a darker shade of green compared to Henry, Percy and Oliver.
- Emily's running board is painted red instead of brown.
- Thomas has Edward's whistle sound.
