A Rocket for Thomas is a magazine story.
Plot
Early one morning, Thomas is woken up to collect a special from the Harbour. When he gets there, he is amazed to see a big space rocket loaded onto a flat truck. He takes it to the Football Ground at Elsbridge, which has been decorated to resemble Mars. Lots of people go to see the show that evening, called "Captain Cosmos Goes to Mars". The engines see it as well, and agree that it is an "out of this world" show.
