A Scarf for Percy is the thirty-ninth Buzz Book, based on the third series episode of the same name. It is illustrated using photographs from the television series.
Plot
Percy dreams of a warm scarf around his funnel. His wish comes true when he smashes a luggage trolley and he gets the Fat Controller's trousers wrapped around his funnel. Now he knows that engines do not need scarves - just warm boilers.
