A Strange Squeak is a magazine story.
Plot
Thomas is getting ready for work at Tidmouth Sheds and his fireman is oiling his wheels. Thomas starts wondering where his guard is, when they hear a squeaky noise. Both wonder if Thomas' wheels are still squeaking, but they soon realise that the squeaking is coming from the guard's bike, as he is arriving into the yard.
