A Thomas Birthday Wish is a song created for the Happy Birthday Thomas! album to celebrate the franchise's 75th anniversary. It is performed by series producer Ian McCue. It was also featured in the Thomas' Magical Birthday Wishes short, Thomas and the Birthday Surprise.

Trivia[]
- Thomas (voiced by John Hasler) sang snippets of this song at the end of the Thomas' Magical Birthday Wishes videos. The final video of said series featured it being sung by every other engine and vehicle (with the exception of Percy) he helped (performed by Rob Rackstraw, Yvonne Grundy and Rachael Miller).
- This song is the only original piece from its introductory album and the only modern-day Thomas song not to get a music video.
