The Adult Thomas Plaza (Japanese: おとなのトーマスひろば) is an officially-licensed event hosted at the Hobby Center KATO Tokyo in Japan.

The first Adult Thomas Plaza was held between 20 and 21 April 2024.
Overview[]
This event featured many previously unseen behind-the-scenes images from Tadāki Okada's personal collection. Also on display were various face mold replicas and the replicas of Thomas and Lady from the archives of Sony Creative Products Inc. CoolProps also displayed their replica models of Bill, Ben, Thomas, Annie and Clarabel. Various Gauge 1, OO and N replicas and models were also displayed at the event by several Twitter users. On the second day, the talk shows were organised by Takeshi Akiyama and Tadāki Okada.

Trivia[]
- At the event, KATO revealed a prototype of an HO scale Thomas face (based on his original model series face), which was made to switch with the default Bachmann one.

The second Adult Thomas Plaza will be held between 26 and 27 April 2025, coinciding with the 80th Anniversary of The Railway Series.
