Akira Kawashima (川島 明, born on 3 February 1979 in Uji, Kyoto) is a Japanese comedian who will be featured as a special guest actor for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends in the theatrical release of the Digs and Discoveries episodes.
He is most famous in Japan as the ditz member of the comedy duo Kirin, alongside Hiroshi Tamura.
