All Pull Together is a 1996 annual story.
Plot
A big storm has blown up on Sodor. Percy is having a tough time at the harbour when the wind blows the mail right out of his trucks. Then a particularly nasty lightning strike causes a power cut and sends the Island into darkness. All the engines as well as Bertie and Harold work hard through the night to keep the railway running and the Fat Controller is very pleased.
