Trivia
- Andrew has stated that he was a fan of The Railway Series books when he was a boy and that Stepney the "Bluebell" Engine was one of his favourites, which he later read them aloud to his son. Stepney's appearance in Rosie's Funfair Special was inspired by this.[1]

He has also stated that his favourite episode that he written for the series is Rosie's Funfair Special because it was the first episode that he written for the series.[3]
