Angus Mackenzie Nicholson Wright (11 April 1934 - 9 July 2012) was the executive producer of Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends from the third to fifth series, as well as the first season of Shining Time Station. He was the ex-husband of the show's creator, Britt Allcroft, and he also worked on the long running children's show "How!". He retired and moved to France in 1999 after falling in love with the locality.
Wright died on 9th July 2012 at the age of 78.
