Bad Luck Boxcar is the fortieth episode of the second series of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
Plot
When Thomas and Percy must transport an unlucky boxcar of bananas, Thomas seems to have bad luck. Percy's positive attitude helps Thomas see the luck in each scenario, breaking the myth of the curse for a successful delivery.

- When the camera shifts to Kana racing towards Thomas, she is briefly positioned off the track.
- Jenna Warren is not credited for voicing Carly in the credits for the US dub.
- When Thomas is biffing his boxcar on a hill, his side cab window is missing.
- When Thomas and Percy lead the sheep back to McColl Farm, steam emulates from Percy's whistle, but no sound is heard.
- During some scenes showing the back of the boxcar, the left buffer increases in sizes.
- At the end of the episode, when Thomas and Percy arrive at Vicarstown, a set from Harwick is mistakenly used.
