In the Model Series, the bike was painted black all over. In the CGI Series, the bike is now painted red all over with an orange stripe.

Mr. Percival's Old Bicycle[]

Mr. Percival's Old Bicycle was the original bicycle that Mr. Percival used to get around. The bicycle was later replaced by a new red bicycle, though its bell was recycled for the new bicycle. It is unknown what happened to it after Mr. Percival got the new bicycle.

Mr. Percival's New Bicycle[]

Mr. Percival's New Bicycle is the current bicycle owned by Mr. Percival.

The bicycle was first delivered to him by Freddie, who, noticing the lack of a bell, attempted to find one. Eventually, following some advice from Thomas, Freddie decided to suggest using the bell from the old bicycle.

Later, Mr. Percival used this bicycle to locate Harold to fly the Duke and Duchess of Boxford to Callan Castle after Bertie ran over some pins.

High Wheel Bicycles[]

A high wheel bicycle (also known as a penny-farthing, high wheeler and ordinary) is an early type of bicycle with a large front wheel and a much smaller rear wheel that was popular in the 1880s.

One of the Circus performers was seen riding a penny-farthing in Henry and the Elephant.

These bicycles are based on the real-life Penny-farthings. The first Penny-farthing was invented in 1871 by British engineer, James Starley.
