Billy, re-titled Thomas and Billy in 2015, is the fifty-fourth book in the My Thomas Story Library series.
Plot
Thomas is to help Billy on his first day on the Island, but Billy accuses Thomas of being bossy. But Billy's silliness runs him into trouble and Thomas is luckily there to help out.

Goofs
- Diesel was illustrated with a yellow and black front. This was corrected in later releases.
