William "Billy" Twofeathers is a Native American resident railroad engineer on the Indian Valley Railroad and driver of the Rainbow Sun, as well as the handyman at Shining Time Station.
Biography
Billy knows a lot about railroading and the sense and respect for the magic that surrounds Indian Valley and Shining Time.

Billy is a reliable, outspoken and well-grounded individual who is proud of his Lakota heritage and culture. He is a talented artist, singer and guitar/flute player.

- He and Stacy played a much larger role in the original director's cut of Thomas and the Magic Railroad, as they try to figure out how Shining Time has begun to change after the gold dust's disappearance and P.T. Boomer's arrival. Britt Allcroft described the removal of Russell Means from the film as "shocking" in a 2020 interview, claiming a film executive requested his scenes be removed because he could not understand him.
