Bluebell Valley is a valley and town located on Stepney's Branch Line, that connects with the Skarloey Railway.

Stepney (and occasionally Thomas) brings passengers here. The station has a diesel refuelling tank for Rusty and a water tower for Stepney. A small shed for Stepney is also located near the station. The valley is popular with tourists during spring, when the bluebells grow.
