Bluffs Cove is a small seaside village and station. According to former Railway Consultant Sam Wilkinson's map of Sodor, it is located between Haultraugh and Arlesburgh West on Duck's Branch Line and is the junction for Toby's Branch Line.
History
Bluffs Cove is a small coastal station, consisting of a single platform and a shelter for passengers. It is primarily known for its beach, which is on the opposite side of the tracks from the station.
Bluffs Cove is also home to a school, which is situated nearby the station. On his first day on Sodor, Dennis was sent to deliver roofing slates to the school at Bluffs Cove, but manipulated Thomas into doing most of the work for him. Eventually, after crashing into a field while trying to avoid work, Dennis learned his lesson and completed the job with Thomas' help.[1]
Once, a whale was once stranded on the beach here, but was rescued after being spotted by Toad.[2]

- The name "Bluffs Cove" refers to coastal bluffs, a type of cliff face formed by erosion.[3]
- Since the thirteenth series, a poster of Emily at Black Loch from the eighth series episode Emily's New Route can be seen on the bulletin board. One of Thomas crossing the Sodor Suspension Bridge from the opening of Hero of the Rails can also be seen.
- On the map featured in the 2010 book My Journey with Thomas the Tank Engine, Bluffs Cove is said to be located on the Kirk Ronan Branch Line.
