BoCo and the Balloon! is a magazine story.
Plot[]
BoCo is rolling down the line one day when he spots a hot air balloon, something that he has never seen before. After being told what it is, BoCo wishes that he could see it land.
After being sent down the wrong line by a distracted signalman, BoCo comes back the way he came just in time to watch the hot air balloon land; they need his help! The balloon is packed onto his truck and he takes the balloon crew to the station, where he meets Percy, who is quite amazed when the hot air balloon is taken out of his truck.
