Bright Sight is a magazine story.
Plot
Arthur is taking children to a County Fair. Once there, he comments about how colourful the balloons are that are being let go into the sky and being netted by Harold. Later, Arthur takes a truck of beach balls to the seaside. But the wind causes the beach balls to bounce around. Arthur says that the balls are even brighter and more fun to watch.
