Bulstrode is an old, bad mannered, motorized sea going barge. He's only happy when he's carrying a full load of cargo -- otherwise, he's grumpy and rude. His moaning and groaning soon got him in trouble when Percy and some Troublesome Trucks taught him a lesson.
