Captain Joe

Captain Joe is Skiff's current captain and the lighthouse keeper at Arlesburgh Harbour.

Biography

Captain Joe is Skiff's current captain after Sailor John was arrested for trying to get away with the treasure. Once during a storm he and Skiff helped the residents of Arlesburgh prepare. The manager of the Arlesburgh Maritime Museum asked him to check on Captain Calles' Pirate Ship from the lighthouse and while they were gone, Skiff was blown away.

Captain Joe is a kind man. He cares for Skiff, as shown when he comforted him after Duck and Oliver were insensitive to him.

Captain Joe wears a brown shirt, a grey undershirt, grey-blue jeans and a blue sailor's cap.

Joe's CGI model is reused from a Cuban dock worker first seen in Blue Mountain Mystery. Several recolours of this model have also appeared, such as one of Ashima's crew members and a dock worker in the twenty-first series episode New Crane on the Dock.
