  • J.C.'s model was recycled from Izzy Gomez, a character from TUGS.
  • Due to the fact that the model was never seen after the fifth series, it is likely that it was destroyed during transit either to or back from Canada for Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
  • The model retains Puerto Grande as its port of registry on its stern. This was an in-joke from Tugs as Puerto Grande is a landlocked part of Mexico.

S.S. Moygannon[]

S.S. Moygannon is an old tramp steamer previously seen at Brendam Docks.

Biography[]

One stormy night, the old tramp steamer lost control, ran aground and crashed into a shed the engines were in at Brendam, causing it to collapse and knock Cranky over. The tramp steamer also brought the horrid lorries and some special funfair equipment to the docks in later appearances.

At some point prior to Salty arriving on the island, the old tramp steamer ran aground again and came to a rest fifteen feet from Salty's shed. Salty later told the story to Bill, Ben and Cranky when they were trapped at Brendam Docks.
