Charles Falzon is a Canadian-American film producer, television executive and college professor.
He was the President of Gullane Entertainment from 1998 until 2003 and the Global Brand President for Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends from 1997 until 2003. He was also an executive producer for Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
He is currently serving as Dean of The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, as well as Co-Chairman of CCI Entertainment.
He described Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends as "interactive play value’ encourages children to create their own stories and scenarios."[1]
