Charlie, re-titled Charlie the Cheerful Engine in 2011, is the sixty-fifth book in the My Thomas Story Library series.
Plot
Thomas meets Charlie and they both have work to do before the concert at the town hall. But Charlie's fun tricks distract Thomas from his job and soon get him into trouble. Thomas soon realises this and sets off to put things right.
