The Chinese Railway Sheds are the engine sheds where Thomas briefly stayed during his visit to China.
History
The engine shed is a four-berth roundhouse, with a turntable in the centre, and is usually used by Yong Bao and Hong-Mei. The sheds are located within a large yard, with a set of carriage sidings nearby where An An and Yin-Long are stored. There is also a coal hopper behind the sheds for steam engines to refill.
In the Chinese-exclusive Thomas and Yong Bao shorts, the sheds are of a different design and are also home to Da Li and Xiao Hu.

Trivia
- The Chinese Railway Sheds is a modified model of Tidmouth Sheds with only four berths, albeit wider than those at Tidmouth Sheds.
- Despite having no visible doors on the front, the Chinese Railway Sheds still had the door hinges left over from the Tidmouth Sheds mesh in the twenty-second series. These were later removed in the following series.
- In Thomas and the Dragon only, the sheds have green frames. In all other episodes, the building's frames are red.
