Constantin von Westphalen (born in Hamburg) is a German actor who provides voice-overs in the German dub of Thomas and Friends.
He is known vor voicing Angelo 4 in 2018's "Angelo", Marvin Walters from "Wanderlust", Rai Uchiha and Shun from "Naruto Shippuden" and the older version of Jeff Marsh from "Swinging Safari". He is also playing a role in the third series of "Stranger Things".
