Thomas the Tank Engine Wiki

Crest Digital (formerly Crest National Film Laboratories and Crest National) was an American post-production company dedicated to DVD encoding and authoring, menu design, and DVD/CD replication. Founded in 1961 by Maurice Stein and his wife Jeanne, the company was initially created for developing 16mm and 35mm film negatives, but eventually started providing in-flight entertainment and cable TV throughout the next few decades.

They authored Thomas & Friends DVDs in the US from 2002 to 2007 in conjunction with Anchor Bay Entertainment, Gullane Entertainment, and HiT Entertainment.

In September 2012, the company closed due to poor market conditions.
