Dan Wicksman is an English screenwriter, producer and actor who along with wife, Nuria Wicksman were husband-and-wife episode writers for Thomas and Friends. He, along with his wife wrote two scripts for the series, but only one has aired and the other is unlikely to have been produced. They began writing together at a film school in Leeds. Other writing credits include The Little Princess, Roary the Racing Car, Timmy Time, Pocoyo and Hana's Helpline.
