David "Dave" Peacock was the voice director for Hero of the Rails and the thirteenth series. Sharon Miller took over as voice director from Misty Island Rescue onwards. He and Sharon worked on the series up until he left in 2013. He was also the studio manager for The Sound Company from 1996 until 2013.
