Doncaster is a city in the north of England and the location of the Doncaster Railway Works.
History[]
Before coming to Sodor, Gordon was built here alongside his brother, the famous Flying Scotsman.
When Thomas visited the Mainland to take Sir Topham Hatt to receive a royal award, he speculated that one of the stations he stopped at along the way was Doncaster.[1]
