* Duck is the first and only character in ''All Engines Go'' to carry English lettering on his body.
* Duck, along with the [[Slip Coaches (AEG)|Slip Coaches]], are the final characters from the original series to return in ''All Engines Go''.
* Duck is one of three returning engines from the original series not to speak or be referred to by name within the main ''All Engines Go'' series itself, the others being [[Edward (AEG)|Edward]] and [[Henry (AEG)|Henry]].
