Duncan is a short magazine story.

Plot

Skarloey and Sir Handel rush past Duncan. Duncan asks them where they are going. But all they will tell him is "it's a surprise!". Duncan races after them and arrives at a station covered in balloons. It is a surprise party for Duncan!
