| The trains are overjoyed when they hear that a new airport is being built. This is going to bring more tourists, and more work for the steam locomotives! The airport has to be ready in time for the holidays, and during construction the steam trains have to work together with the diesel trains. When Thomas tries to play a prank on one of the diesels, everything goes haywire and everyone is angry. Will they still get the airport finished in time? This extra-long Thomas the Tank Engine film is made using the latest computer animations, but has lost none of its old charm. The film is full of cheerful songs and educational scenes.
