Elsie is a luggage van pulled by Toby. After his tramway closed, Elsie was brought with Toby and Henrietta to the North Western Railway.
Biography
The Railway Series
Elsie is a small luggage van, and also serves as Toby's brake van. She is generally shedded overnight at Knapford with him and Henrietta.
Once, a stationmaster asked Toby to move two trucks to two different depots before he could couple up to his Elsie and Henrietta.

Elsie is based on the GER Wisbech and Upwell Tramway luggage van No. 9.
Livery
Elsie is painted brown with the letters 'NW' painted on her sides in yellow.
