Emiko Takeuchi (竹内 恵美子, born on 27 March 1990 in Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress who provides voices for Thomas & Friends. She would later go on to voice Emily and Bruno in Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
She is best known for voicing Luz Noceda from "The Owl House".
