Halloween[]
Halloween is not only a very special day for the children of Sodor Island, but also for Thomas and his friends, the steam locomotives. Old tales of ghost trains make the rounds of the Tidmouth Locomotive Depot. But when Thomas and Emily are sent to the ominous smelter by the Fat Controller late in the evening, things get really spooky! The malicious diesel locomotives 'Arry and Bert are happy - a little too early...
Emily is in a Hurry[]
Emily is allowed to pull Gordon's express train, but Gordon is sceptical. Can the little one really transport the longest train in Sodor quickly enough across the whole island? Emily is offended. The otherwise so good-natured steam locomotive with the great chimney becomes really jerky from sheer ambition and puts the patience of her friends to the test. But even Thomas does not have easy trouble with the mean diesel locomotives again! However, he solves these difficulties in his own way - with humour!
