Ferso Velázquez (Born 14th March 1983) is a Mexican voice actor who provides a voice for the Latin American narration of Thomas & Friends.
His real name is Fernando, but his pseudonym was formed by Fer, his middle name, and So, de Soto, his maternal surname.
