Thomas and the Giant is a sticker book written by Christopher Awdry and illustrated by Ken Stott.

Plot

A circus is arriving to the Island of Sodor, much to the engines' excitement. The Fat Controller assigns Thomas to pick up so. me parcels at the main station which contain costumes for the circus people. As he takes the Ringmaster to collect the parcels, one in particular was much larger than the rest. One parcel in particular was much larger than the rest, to which the Ringmaster informs Thomas that inside it is a giant, to which Thomas cannot wait to see. Throughout the rest of the week, Thomas sees the various performances preparing for the opening day, including acrobats somersaulting, bareback riders performing with horses, and trapeze artists swinging above in the big top; each time, however, Thomas is disappointed to see that the giant isn't there. On opening day, Thomas sees the circus people in their costumes as they prepare for the show. His driver then points out that the giant has finally arrived to the circus, who is a clown on some large stilts.
