Ginzō Matsuo (松尾 銀三), born Kouichi Matsuo (松尾 広一, 26th December 1951 - 25th August 2001) was a Japanese voice actor who provided a voice in the Japanese dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad. Matsuo was affiliated with Aoni Production, but he established Gin Production in 1997. He voiced characters in various animes, but he was best known for voicing the Farmer in the first "Dragon Ball Z" episode, Princess Yuzu's grandfather from "Soreike! Anpanman", and the original voice to Smoker from "One Piece". He was also the voice of Ginnosuke Nohara in "Crayon Shin-Chan" and Dee Jay in "Street Fighter II - The Animated Movie".

He passed away on 25th August 2001, aged 49, due to a subarachnoid hemorrhage.
