Trivia
- From 1992 to 1994, Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends VHS releases in Canada were distributed by HGV Video Productions on behalf of Strand Home Video, featuring the Strand Home Video logo on the label. Starting with the release of Percy's Ghostly Trick and Other Thomas Stories in August 1994, the HGV Video Productions logo was visible on videocassettes distributed in Canada.
- While most VHS covers released by HGV Video Productions feature the HGV logo on the back cover, some do not.
- 1998 HGV Video Productions copies of Thomas Comes to Breakfast have no narration. Re-release copies from 2000 have narration, but the soundtrack is echoed, just like the Thomas' Useful Stories Blockbuster-exclusive VHS.
- It is unknown whether or not A Big Day for Thomas was released on VHS by HGV Video Productions in 1998.
