Hadar Shachaf Ma'ayan (Hebrew: הדר שחף מעיין, born on 31st August 1976) is an Israeli voice actress who provided voices in the Hebrew dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
She is best known for voicing the title characters of Sailor Moon and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Bart Simpson in The Simpsons Movie, Phineas from Phineas and Ferb, and Lola Bunny in The Looney Tunes Show and Baby Looney Tunes,
She is also the older sister of Gilan Shachaf.
