Harvest Time is a magazine story.
Plot
Thomas is giving Stephen and Bridget a ride on his goods train when he passes the Vicarage Orchard, where Trevor is resting. Further down the line, Thomas sees a combine harvester. He then meets Percy, who is collecting wheat from the fields. Later, Stephen and Bridget go to a farm and see an old threshing machine. They suggest that it be fixed and, once it has, Trevor is sent to operate it with a belt around his flywheel.
