Hideo Ishikawa (石川 英郎, born 13th December 1969) is a Japanese voice actor who was affiliated with Aoni Production and voiced characters in the Japanese version of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Itachi Uchiha from "Naruto", Fullbody from "One Piece", Raye Penbar and Hideki Ide from "Death Note", Toraji Shiba from "Innocent Venus", Jushiro Ukitake from "Bleach", Jazz from "Transformers: Animated", and Simon Belmont from the "Castlevania" series.
