Trivia
- The filedates of the US DVD show that it was finished on January 31, 2009.
- The episodes are coincidentally shown in order by Production Order and UK airdate.
- Heave Ho Thomas! was possibly an episode originally planned for the release, as an image of that could be seen in the episode selection in Don’t Go Back, and an image of Hank was used in the language selection, but Hank does not appear in any of the episodes. The episode itself would later be included on the Team Up with Thomas DVD.
- This is the only US DVD to include all the episodes featured on the release (except for Don't Go Back)
- The Spanish audio track has the Intro, Roll Call and end credits in low pitch, possibly because of some PAL to NTSC coversion but the voices are kept in their normal pitch.
Goofs
- Sharon Miller is incorrectly credited for writing Don't Go Back, as opposed to Simon Spencer.
- On the slip cover, Sir Topham Hatt is seen behind Thomas instead of in his cab.
- The music during the end credits plays at a low pitch.
- In addition, when the Spanish audio track is selected, the Engine Roll Call and Island of Sodor intro are also played at a low pitch.
