Houko Kuwashima (桑島 法子, born in 12 December 1975 in Kanegasaki, Iwate) is a Japanese voice actress and singer who provided a voice in the Japanese dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
She is best known for voicing Fuyuki Hinata from "Sgt. Frog", Kasumi from the "Dead or Alive" series, Filia Ul Copt from "Slayers", Going Merry from "One Piece", Shanoa from the "Castlevania" series, Soi Fon from "Bleach", Wanko-chan from "Soreike! Anpanman", Medusa and Rachel Boyd from "Soul Eater", Rose Thomas from "Fullmetal Alchemist", Molly from "Sonic X", Sango from "InuYasha", Kagura from "Azumanga Daioh" and Mei-Ling from the "Metal Gear Solid" series.
