Joe Mills (born Matthew Joseph Stott on 14 June 1972 in Wigan, Lancashire, England, United Kingdom) is an English actor, voice actor and sports commentator who provided voices for the UK and US narrations of Thomas & Friends from 2015 to 2018.

He has also appeared in various other British television series such as "Emmerdale", "Coronation Street", "Holby City" and "The Bill". He also works as a teacher of drama and PE at Cansfield High School, a Rugby League journalist and commentator, a wedding registrar in Bolton, and a football coach.

He is the son of late Labour Party MP Roger Stott and Irene Mills.

He is married to Alison Stott and they have had a son together.
