José Luis Orozco

José Luis Orozco (born 22nd June 1958) is a Mexican voice actor who provides voices in the Latin American narration of Thomas & Friends.

He is best known for voicing Buzz Lightyear in the "Toy Story" franchise, Lord Voldemort in the "Harry Potter" films, Stimpy from "Ren and Stimpy", Fuzzy Limpkins from "Powerpuff Girls Z", Max Tennyson from "Ben 10", Rico from the "Madagascar" series, and Stu Pickles from "Rugrats". He has also dubbed over Tim Allen in various films.
